Hamm constructed this project by working along side a dewatering team to alleviate ground water to provide a stable trench base. Communication with CN Railway was a key aspect in order to temporarily relocate rail lines. Specific scopes of work included:

1,438 meters of Sanitary Storm Trunk ranging from 3050mm to 2100mm
1,438 meters of Sanitary Sewer Trunk ranging from 1500mm to 1050mm
Average depths of 11.8 meters
640-meter CN Railway Track Bypass
335,434 cubic meters of dirt excavated
