Constructed to provide storm relief, Hamm installed three paralleling overflow tanks to support weakening storm sewer infrastructure. The HDPE tanks were designed to minimize the risk of basement flooding when storms occur. Specific scopes of work included:

• 3 water sealed manholes fitted with water pumps
• 3 HDPE welded tanks
