Working under the confines of Saskatoon’s downtown districts, overhanging tree canopies created tight working conditions for crews. Efficient traffic flow accommodations were a key aspect as construction occurred adjacent to the City Hospital. Immediate access was allowed at all times in case of an emergency situation.
